Hi, I’m Leo.
I spent over a decade building a career and a life that looked exactly right from the outside.
And I know what it feels like when that’s not enough.

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
You’ve built something real. A career and a life that works. People probably see you as someone who has it together.
But you’ve been running on autopilot for a while now. Taking the next job, the next goal, the next step. Not because you intentionally chose it, but because it was just what came next.
And now you’re here. Nothing fell apart, but something stopped making sense. Just enough to make you stop and question it.
If that’s where you are, you’re not alone. It’s where this work begins.
My Own Journey
I spent over a decade in corporate, working across multiple countries and industries. Different cultures and different companies. I was good at it. I kept growing, kept getting promoted, and eventually made it to director level.
But it wasn’t a straight line. Halfway through, I burnt out. Not at the peak. I was still climbing. So I took the time I needed, recovered properly, and went back. And then kept going.
What changed wasn’t my career. It was my relationship with it. I stopped reacting and started choosing. I got clearer on who I was and what actually mattered to me. Not what looked good from the outside, but what felt true from the inside.
After 2.5 years as director, I made a decision that surprised a lot of people. I left. Not because I was burnt out again, not because I failed, not because I had to. But because I finally knew myself well enough to know it wasn’t my path anymore.
That distinction matters to me. There’s a big difference between running away from something and consciously moving towards something else. That shift, from unconscious drift to intentional choice, is the thread that runs through everything I do as a coach.

What I Believe
Confidence is not something you perform. It’s not about always knowing what comes next or never doubting yourself.
It’s a stable relationship with yourself. One that doesn’t collapse when things get hard, when someone disagrees with you, or when life doesn’t go to plan. That stability comes from knowing who you are and what you stand for clearly enough that you don’t need everything around you to confirm it.
Most people I work with don’t lack ambition or drive. Usually, what’s missing is that deeper relationship with themselves. They’ve been so focused on performing, achieving, and meeting expectations that they never stopped to ask who they actually are underneath it all.
That’s the work. Nothing to fix. Not telling you what to do. Just helping you find solid ground under your feet, so that whatever you decide to do next, you do it from a place of genuine choice rather than fear, habit, or other people’s expectations.
Who I Work With
I work with people who have spent years being good at what they do. Capable, driven, usually successful by most measures.
At some point the question shifts. Not “how do I get better at this?” but “is this actually what I want?” That is when people find me.
A lot of my clients are expats navigating life in Amsterdam or elsewhere in Europe. People who have made a big move and somewhere along the way lost the thread of who they are outside of work and outside of the life they left behind.
What they all share is a willingness to look honestly at where they are and what they actually want. That is what makes the work possible.
I offer mindset and life coaching in Amsterdam and online across Europe, in English and Portuguese.

Frequently asked questions.
Most coaches became coaches because something pushed them there. Burnout, a crisis, a life that stopped working. It’s a valid path and I have a lot of respect for it.
Mine was different. I’ve also been through some real lows and had to find my way back from them. But I didn’t stop there. I went back into corporate, kept going, and made it all the way to director level. And then, from a place of genuine success, I made a conscious decision to leave. Not because I had to. Because I wanted something different.
That distinction matters in a coaching conversation. I’m not helping people escape something. I’m helping them figure out what they actually want to move towards. There’s a difference, and most people feel it.
Yes. This is actually one of the most common reasons people come to me.
Not knowing what you want isn’t a problem to fix before you start coaching. It’s usually what we work on together. Most people who say they have no idea actually have more clarity than they think. It’s just buried under a lot of noise, other people’s expectations, and years of not really asking the question.
By the end of the first session most people have at least a clearer sense of what’s actually going on. It doesn’t all fall into place at once, but it starts to.
That’s completely normal. Most people feel some version of this before the first session.
What usually happens is that the nervousness fades pretty quickly once we start talking. You don’t need to have anything figured out or know exactly what to say. You just need to show up and be honest. That’s genuinely all it takes to get started.
If you’re nervous, you can just say so at the start. That kind of honesty actually helps. It’s a good sign, not a bad one.
Two ways.
