One-to-one Coaching

A space to look honestly at your life and figure out what you actually want.

What comes next is something you choose, not something that just happens.

Is Coaching for You?

Most people who come to me don’t really know how to explain what’s going on. They just know something is.

Maybe work stopped making sense. Or they built everything they thought they wanted and it still doesn’t feel like theirs. Or they moved countries and, somewhere in all of that, lost sight of who they are.

If any of that sounds familiar, this is the right place.

How It Works

There’s no fixed programme or rigid structure. Every coaching relationship is different because every person is different.

What stays consistent is the process. We start by slowing down and looking honestly at where you are. Not the surface version of it, but what’s actually going on underneath.

From there, we work out what you want and what’s been getting in the way. Then we figure out how to move forward in a way that feels true to you rather than someone else’s formula.

Sessions are 60 minutes, on Zoom. Frequency is flexible, though most clients find fortnightly works well. Between sessions, you have access to me by email or message if something comes up.

The free discovery call is the starting point. 45 minutes to talk about what’s bringing you here and whether this is the right fit. No commitment, no pressure.

One-to-one coaching is available online across Europe, in English and Portuguese. In person sessions in Amsterdam are also possible on request.

What Changes

Clients come in describing their situation in different ways. A career that no longer fits. A life that looks right but doesn’t feel like it. Or a sense of being stuck without knowing why.

What really shifts over time is the relationship with themselves. They get clearer on who they are and what actually matters to them. They stop reacting to what’s happening and start making intentional choices. Things don’t suddenly become simple, but they start making sense.

That clarity shows up differently for everyone. For some it’s a career decision they’ve been postponing for years. For others it’s simply feeling more confident in themselves. Most of the time it’s both.

Investment

€105 per session (incl. VAT for individuals / excl. VAT for businesses). Session packages are also available at a discount.

If this doesn’t fit your situation right now, get in touch. I’m committed to making coaching accessible and happy to explore what’s possible.

If you’ve read this far, the next step is a conversation.

Frequently asked questions.

Honestly, you won’t know for certain until you try. But there are a few things that make it more likely to work.

The first is honesty. Coaching only goes as deep as you’re willing to be real. If you’re holding back or telling yourself a story that isn’t quite true, we’ll stay on the surface.

The second is a genuine desire for something to change. Not just discomfort with where you are, but an actual willingness to do something about it. Those two things sound similar but they’re not.

If both of those are true, coaching tends to work. And if you’re not sure, the free call is a good place to find out. We can talk honestly about whether this is the right fit before you commit to anything.

There’s no fixed rule, but fortnightly tends to work well for most people. It gives enough time between sessions to reflect and try things out, without losing momentum.

Weekly works if you’re in an intense period of change and want more support. Monthly can work too, though progress tends to be slower because it’s harder to build continuity.

Ultimately it’s your call. We’ll figure out what works for you after the first session, and we can always adjust as we go.

Both are valuable. They just do different things.

Therapy focuses on healing. It’s designed for people dealing with mental health conditions, trauma, or emotional wounds that need clinical support. Therapists are licensed professionals trained to diagnose and treat.

Coaching focuses on moving forward. It’s for people who are generally stable but feel stuck, unclear, or ready for something different. We’re not looking at what happened to you. We’re looking at where you are now and what you actually want from here.

Some people work with both at the same time. A therapist to heal, a coach to help them figure out what comes next. That combination can work really well.

Not sure which one you need? Book a free call and I’ll give you an honest answer, even if that answer is that coaching isn’t the right fit right now.
