Let’s Talk.
A free 45-minute conversation to see if coaching is right for you.
No pitch, no pressure. Just an honest conversation.
What The Call Actually Is
We’ll talk about what’s going on for you, what you’re trying to figure out, and whether coaching is actually the right fit. I’ll tell you honestly if I think it is or isn’t.
If it feels right at the end, we talk about next steps. If it doesn’t, that’s fine too.
How to schedule:
- Select a day and time that works best for you.
- Enter your name and email address. You can also add anything you want to ask or share ahead of the session.
- That’s it. After clicking schedule event, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If you cannot find your preferred date and time, send me a message and we can explore what’s possible.

Frequently asked questions.
That’s completely normal. Most people feel nervous before their first session.
Here’s what actually happens: the nervousness usually disappears within a few minutes. You don’t have to be perfect or have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to be honest. That’s what this space is for.
A few things that can help:
1. I’ve probably heard it before. Whatever your situation is, there’s a good chance I’ve supported clients through something similar before. You won’t surprise or shock me.
2. Acknowledge the nervousness. If you’re nervous, just say it at the start. That honesty actually helps us build trust.
3. Go at your own pace. You don’t have to share anything you don’t want to. We’ll go as deep as feels comfortable.
4. Trust the process. It’s designed to help you feel understood, not judged.
5. Remember why you’re here. You came because you want something to change. That desire is bigger than the nervousness.
The people who feel nervous often get the most out of coaching because they’re willing to be real. That vulnerability is where transformation happens.
You’ve got this.
You don’t really need to prepare anything, but a few things can help:
Mentally: Think about what’s most on your mind right now. What challenge or goal do you want to focus on? No need to have it all figured out. That’s what we’ll explore together.
Emotionally: Come with openness and honesty. Be willing to explore what’s real, not just the surface. Bring your doubts, fears, and dreams.
Practically: Test your camera and microphone on Zoom, find a private quiet space, turn off notifications, and show up a few minutes early to settle in.
What NOT to do: Don’t over-prepare or write a script. Don’t try to be perfect. Don’t filter yourself.
Just bring yourself. That’s all we need.
We’ll talk about it during the call, but here’s how it usually goes:
If we agree to work together: we discuss the practicalities and can book our first session. I’ll draft a coaching agreement based on what we agreed and send it to you. We confirm the date and time of your first session, and I’ll ask you to return the signed agreement before that date.
If we decide not to work together: that’s okay too. I can answer any further questions you might have, and we leave it at that.
Yes. Completely free. No strings attached.
What’s included: 45 minutes on Zoom, a real conversation about what’s going on in your life, honest feedback about whether coaching is right for you, information about how I work and pricing, and answers to any questions you have.
Why I offer it: You deserve to know if we’re a good fit before committing. I want to make sure coaching is the right approach. Sometimes it’s not. And coaching is a relationship. This call is the beginning of that.
At the end, if it feels right, we discuss next steps. If it doesn’t, we talk about it openly.
There’s genuinely no catch.
